Lázaro Yero Zamora, MNS, FNP-BC & FNP-C
Primary Care Provider – Vitalis Family Clinic
For Lázaro Yero Zamora, being a healthcare provider is a dream come true. He graduated as a General Physician in 2013 and gained extensive clinical experience in Venezuela and Colombia before continuing his professional development in the United States, where he earned his Master of Nursing Science – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Miami Regional University in 2022. Lázaro believes that healthcare must go beyond treatment. To him, caring means accompanying, listening, and restoring hope. His approach blends humanity, empathy, and compassion, creating a safe and supportive environment where every patient feels valued, understood, and cared for in all aspects of life. At Vitalis, he provides comprehensive care across all stages of life, with a genuine commitment to each patient's physical, emotional, and social well-being. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling, discovering new experiences, walking along the beach, and spending quality time with friends.
Oscar Arrate Fernandez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner – Vitalis Medical Center
Oscar Arrate Fernandez is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care at Vitalis Medical Center. Originally trained as a Medical Doctor in 2014 with postgraduate specialization in Emergency Medicine, he later earned his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Miami Regional University, graduating with honors. With experience in pain management, primary care, and urgent care, Oscar focuses on listening to his patients, understanding their unique needs, and creating individualized treatment plans that support long-term health. As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to making healthcare accessible, clear, and comfortable for every patient. At Vitalis, Oscar's mission is to build trust, promote healthy living, and provide compassionate, respectful care that helps patients feel supported and empowered on their journey to better health.
